GPRS Terminal FM 23 is a new product in the offer addressed to our partners, without possibility of connecting to the CAN bus of the vehicle.FM 23 is a device focused on transmitting information about the position of the vehicle, as well as transmitting information about the state of the additional elements connected into the input of the device. It is a smaller and also a cheaper version of the twin, well-known product on the market which is a GPRS S8.2 Terminal. Apart from the price and size of the device, FM 23 in contrast to S8.2 has only two connectors - JP1 and JP3. In the connector JP1 previously not used – in the case of Terminal 8 series - input JP1-2, has been replaced with an open-collector output. In addition, GSM antenna is now integrated inside the device, which improves process of installation in a vehicle. It is important that the FM23 is a device 100% compatible with the protocol of 8 series Terminals – commands, data frames, communication method remains unchanged.
