Fixes

  • Improved test of ability to remote download files from tachograph introduced in version 3.0.15 could sometimes return false negative response (causing CAN/TMR module to show wrongfully “remote download disabled”)

  • Displaying tachograph drivers’ names encoded with code page ISO 8859-2
Until year 2024 all known tachograph drivers’ cards encoded driver names as latin characters only (plain ASCII) or using ISO 8859-1 codepage and CAN/TMR module used to forward names in the same manner. In 2024 Polish card issued started to use ISO 8859-2 codepage to encode Polish national signs. From now on CAN/TMR module provides drivers’ names with ISO 8859-1 codepage only. All characters from non ISO 8859-1 codepage are converted to most similar latin characters. Not supported characters are converted to question mark ?.
