CAN-CLICK - contactless reading of logistic data from the CAN bus

CAN-CLICK enables seamless data retrieval from the CAN bus, eliminating the need for invasive connection to the vehicles installation. This allows users to access CAN messages without directly interfering with the bus, effectively protecting against potential negative consequences resulting from improper terminal connection to the vehicles CAN bus. Additionally, it eliminates the risk of voiding the manufacturers warranty, which could be at stake in the case of electrical system interference with the vehicle.

How to connect CAN-CLICK to the CAN bus?

The following illustrations depict the sequential steps to be taken for the correct installation of CAN-CLICK on the CAN bus harness:

  1. .Open CAN-CLICK and straighten the section of the CAN bus in the car.

  2. Carefully arrange the CANH and CANL wires in the clamps provided.

  3. Secure the clip.

Connect the power supply of CAN-CLICK to the positive terminal that appears when the ignition is turned on.

CAUTION! CAN-CLICK should be attached to the twisted pair connecting CAN devices. Mounting on a "blind" branch (e.g., wires from the OBD connector) may cause issues with reading data from the bus!
